The Manage Night to Shine Event System was born from a simple yet powerful vision: to make it easier for groups to host extraordinary prom experiences for people with special needs. Our platform addresses the unique challenges that group volunteers face when organizing these life-changing events.
After witnessing countless dedicated volunteers struggling with spreadsheets, paper forms, and disconnected systems, we knew there had to be a better way. Our team of developers, event coordinators, and ministry leaders came together to create a comprehensive solution that handles everything from volunteer coordination to guest registration, ensuring that every Night to Shine™ event is executed with excellence.
